But as if in a sci-fi story, these would be groups that go to where there have been mass shootings and hold open air philosophy discussions. Wearing togas and modeled after the original greek philosophical schools: Epicureans, Platonism, Cynicism, Hellenistic Judaism, etc, plus introducing my idea of inside people vs outside people, and attempting to find the balance thereof; this would be humanism reasserting itself against insanity in the outside world.
...people, obviously, are en mass in the “whoa” phase of existence (W - also woe) and thus open to evolution (E) at these locations on earth. Controversial because of the delicate nature of the psyche of the people, some would die in mass shootings themselves but others would evolve, E (also energy earth). Since the death of religion, proportionally speaking, (and as well, the advent of computers pulling people inside the computers in their minds) the inside world of people is suffering and when they go inside themselves upon the incidence of mass shooting there ain't much there - so to speak, and so they need to externalize and find some answers that can inform their inside worlds, thus the need for the public-pop-philo (3P) sessions in the outside world.
…so, in a belief in the evolution of consciousness itself, this is a return of True Free Thinking (TFT) to the People (P). Anarchist inspired, the people will not be free and capable of True Self & Community Care (TSCC) unless they all have access to philosophical method, so a wave of popular philosophy sweeps the country, and all kinds of things change, as people begin to feel that they can speak up in public, on the street corner, in the corn field, during the high school football game, in the middle of sex, and as well in councils and parliaments, and factory shop floors and restaraunts also.
…the first step in 3P is to learn how to do it, or rather to desire to learn how to do it, but once that is accomplished all that is necessary is others of like temperament or education:

…K is when the audience (remember this is an open air 3P session so obviously people either think you’re krazy or stop and actually listen) the audience lists the konsequences of your conclusion, and thus we have the propositions for the next day. The K's are stimulus for new propositions to be presented. Donations accepted while the list of K’s are being noted.
…the 3P’s can take place between two or more challengers, as long as clarity can be maintained.
